Upham, Freeman Fisher
Looking for information on Freeman Fisher Upham (born in 1822)
and his wife Olive, who settled in Odell, Livingston County Illinois. They
were married
on Oct. 29, 1843. Their 3 children were: Lucy Jane Upham (born 1846, and
she married James Gordon); Edward Upham (born 1848); and Franklin Upham (born
1852). ANY information would be greatly appreciated.

Reynolds / Sellman
I am looking for info on the
Reynolds Family. Brothers Thomas N., Samuel K., Cornelius W., John W., Joseph, Eri,
and George W. as well as their sister Hannah ( m. John Sellman). I know Hannah is buried somewhere near Rooks
Creek
and the family came to Amity. Brother
Cornelius moved to LaSalle Co. and Samuel was still there around 1880, Stephen
died 1865. However that is really all I know does anyone have any more info?

Born 29 September, 1866, Evansville Indiana, Married Eva
Barbara “Bertha” Schaefer Date ? Lived in Livingston County for ?
years and had at least 7 children (John, Richard, Emma, Edith, Carl {my
grandfather}, Lillie and Tillie). Died 29 April, 1954, Mason City, Iowa.
Would like to learn more details of his father (John Schimmel) and mother
Elizabeth (Miller) Schimmel. They married on 29 August, 1862 in Vandenbergh
County, Indiana. Both of which came to the U.S. from Germany. John
believed to have come to the country on the ship “Joseph Maxwell” at Baltimore,
Maryland in 1860 via Venezuela. Would like to learn more of his and
Elizabeth’s movements from their arrival to the U.S. to Indiana and their
families in Germany.

Schwab, Wehner
I have been researching the
SCHWAB family from Peoria, IL. I have found Henry SCHWAB born on May 1870 in
Peoria, parents Carl (Charles) Ludwig SCHWAB and Elizabeth WEHNER, in the 1870
census. In the 1880 census I found Elizabeth in Tazewell County with 6
children, last was Henry. In the 1900 census I found a Henry SCHWAB in
Livingston County. I found a Henry SCHWAB in 1910 Whiteside County, but not my
Henry.
My question is the Henry SCHWAB born in 1870 is the same Henry in Livingston
County?
