Fairbury – Nathan Foster Decker, 57, died at 8:15 p.m. Friday at the Veterans Hospital in Danville.

His funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Cook Funeral Home with the Rev. James Cook officiating.  Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.  Visitation will be from 7-9 this evening at the funeral home.

He was born March 14, 1915 in Fairbury, a son of George and Edythe Monroe Decker.  He married Dorothy Harris in 1927.  He is survived by a daughter, Sharon L. Decker Hudson, two brothers, Charles, Moscow, Idaho; Edward, Tucson, Ariz.   He was preceded in death by his parents. He was an Army veteran of World War II in the Asiatic Theatre.
